By-law complaints may be made by submitting this form or in person at the Municipal Office located at 4305 Hamilton Road, Dorchester ON, N0L 1G3.  Please note that anonymous complaints will not be investigated or accepted.

This area pertains to the place where the potential violation of a by-law is taking place.

I, the undersigned, here by acknowledge that I understand that all complaints filed are confidential until such time as the complainant maybe required to testify in support of the complaint and further I, the undersigned acknowledge that if required, I will attend and testify in support of this complaint in any court of law in the province of Ontario or before any tribunal or appeals body.
